Jaclyn Mathews is Comptroller of Leary Management Group.  She is responsible for the hiring, management, development and training of the entire financial department of Leary Management Group. Having joined the team in January 2000, Jaclyn has effectively worked her way through the accounting department of the organization.

Prior to joining the Leary team, Jaclyn served as Office Manager for Hobe Sound Marine in Hobe Sound, Florida, and as a Customer Service Representative for First Bank of Indiantown in Palm City, Florida.

Jackie’s guiding principle is

She has a passion for building effective strategies while developing strong teams with capable people, which she brings to the Leary team.
